2. Who Can Participate

1. Anyone who makes a successful purchase on our official website during the promotion period is eligible to join (no geographical restrictions).
2. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of participation (if the local legal age of majority is higher than 18, the local legal age shall prevail).
3. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, internet agencies, as well as their respective officers, directors, agents, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
4. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the participant’s jurisdiction.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

1. By completing a purchase on the official website and participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects (including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, selection of winners, and prize awarding).
2. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any participation at any time in its sole discretion.
3. Participants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements specified in these Rules and that all provided purchase and personal information is true and accurate in all respects.
4. Participants agree to accept the Sponsor’s final decisions related to this Sweepstakes, which are binding.

4. Promotion Period

1. Participation Period: From 12:01 AM (based on the Sponsor’s official website server time) on November 13, 2025, to 11:59 PM (based on the Sponsor’s official website server time) on December 4, 2025.
2. Drawing and Result Announcement: A unified drawing will be conducted on December 5, 2025, and the results will be announced on the same day via the Sponsor’s official website and official social media platforms.

5. How to Enter

1. Make a Purchase: Buy any BLEEQUP Smart Cycling Glasses on our official website at www.bleequp.com during the promotion period.
2. Automatic Entry: Each valid purchase (not canceled or refunded) will automatically count as one entry into the sweepstakes.
3. Online Only: Purchases made through offline stores or non-official channels are not eligible.

6. Winner Selection, Prizes, and Approximate Retail Value

1. Participation does not guarantee winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid purchase orders received by the Sponsor.
2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-replaceable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners may not request cash in lieu of prizes (except in the form of refunds). The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the prize form under special circumstances, with the adjusted prize value not lower than the original setting.
3. Drawing Method: On December 5, 2025, 5 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries corresponding to valid purchase orders during the Promotion Period.
4. Prize Details: Each winner will receive a full refund for the "smart cycling glasses main unit" in their purchase order; accessories are not included in the refund. The actual refund amount for the main unit is $399 (as marked for the main unit in the order), based on the actual amount paid for the main unit in the order (not exceeding $399).
5. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $399 per unit.
6. Entry Limits: During the Promotion Period, each valid purchase order corresponds to one entry. Multiple orders can accumulate entries (e.g., 2 valid orders = 2 entries).

7. Winner Notification and Claim Requirements

1. The Sponsor will notify winners of prize collection via the email address or phone number provided in their order. Winners’ names (with partial personal information redacted) will also be announced on the official website and official social media platforms.
2. The Sponsor is not liable if a winner fails to receive the notification due to spam/junk email settings, security configurations, or provision of incorrect/invalid contact information.
3. If a selected winner is uncontactable, ineligible, fails to confirm prize acceptance within 72 hours of notification, or fails to submit complete required documents (if applicable), the prize will be forfeited. The Sponsor will randomly select a new winner from eligible entries.
4. Winners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations to claim the prize. If tax declaration is required, winners must cooperate in providing relevant information, and the Sponsor will offer necessary assistance (e.g., issuing relevant certificates) as appropriate.
5. If an alternate winner is needed, the Sponsor will conduct only one additional random drawing per prize; unclaimed prizes will not be re-awarded.

8. Additional Restrictions

1. Each winner is limited to one prize (multiple entries via multiple orders do not increase the number of prizes won).
2. Eligibility is determined solely by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason (including but not limited to abnormal orders, suspected fraud) without explanation.
3. Entries will be deemed invalid if: the order is cancelled/refunded, the transaction is fraudulent, the participant engages in malicious order brushing, or the entry is obtained through improper means.
4. The Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, legal advisors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives are not liable for:
   • Abnormal entry registration due to technical issues such as network delays or system failures;
   • Participation failure caused by personal operational errors or device malfunctions;
   • Sweepstakes disruption or prize delivery delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy adjustments);
   • Printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials.
5. If the Sweepstakes cannot proceed as planned due to the reasons listed in Section 8.4, the Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion, with notice posted on the official website (no prior individual notification required).
6. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants or winners suspected of tampering with the entry process, malicious order brushing, or violating these Official Rules.

9. Additional Prize Disclosures

1. The refund applies only to the "BLEEQUP smart cycling glasses main unit" in the order; accessories (e.g., cleaning cloth, charging cable, user manual) are excluded. The refund amount is based on the actual amount paid for the main unit (maximum $399).
2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment platform and bank, typically 7-15 business days.
3. Applicable taxes related to the prize (refund) are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will refund the actual purchase amount of the main unit without covering additional tax costs.
4. If the winning order has already received a partial refund (e.g., for accessories), the final prize refund will deduct the partial refund amount, applying only to the remaining actual payment for the main unit.

10. Permissions

1. Except where prohibited by law, participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to receive advertising and marketing emails from the Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the emails.
2. Except where prohibited by law, participating in the Sweepstakes grants the Sponsor permission to use winners’ names (with partial privacy redacted) and prize information for online posting and/or any advertising/promotional activities without additional compensation or further consent.
3. Personal information submitted by participants will be collected, stored, and used by the Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy. For details on data handling, refer to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: [Please supplement the brand's privacy policy URL].

11. Limitation of Liability

1. Under no circumstances shall the Sponsor, its licensees, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, or the receipt/use of the prize (refund).
2. All content on the Sponsor’s official website and Sweepstakes-related services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of any kind.
3. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so certain provisions in Section 11 may not apply. Consult local laws for applicable restrictions.
4. As a condition of prize receipt, winners agree to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from any reasonable losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the use or related matters of the prize (refund).

12. Dispute Resolution

1. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
2. Disputes between participants and the Sponsor related to this Sweepstakes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the Sponsor’s jurisdiction.
3. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
